The Alliance for Liberty and Equal Rights to the Earth is a network of academics and activists dedicated to the study and promotion of geoism. Our approach is to present the idea of geoism in a very simple way, as the philosophy of Liberty and Equal Rights to the Earth, or even more succinctly, Land and Liberty.

Co-founder
Barend Gehner is a lecturer in crop production in the Netherlands. In addition to sustainable agriculture, he is interested in liberty, geoism and old sailing ships. He is the author of the 2024 book On Liberty and Earth Ownership. The Dutch version is Over vrijheid en hoe we de aarde bezitten.
